Travel With Us
We know you love to travel, so continue to check travel destinations off your list with unlimited travel with Spirit! Team Members and their qualified dependents are eligible for standby travel benefits on all Spirit routes. When you are a part of the Spirit Family for six months, your travel benefits upgrade to include our agreements with other carriers, giving you even More Go.
And that's not all! After six months of employment, we provide Team Members with 12 one-way Buddy Passes for anyone you choose. That's travel for you, your family, and your friends - that's the Spirit way.
Spirit Training Program
As the face of Spirit, you’ll begin your training with online classes. You will then successfully complete our comprehensive 4-week in-person Flight Attendant training program in Orlando, FL. There, you will learn professional protocol and safety procedures while learning to properly welcome and assist Guests with inquiries, carry-on items, and more.
Once training is complete, you’ll be ready to commute or relocate to one of our crew bases currently located at ACY, ATL, DFW, DTW, FLL, IAH, LAS, MCO, MIA, and ORD to begin your new adventure.
